WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY: For value received, we guarantee to repair any leaks to the above roof caused by defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of completion, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. Maintenance items such as tie-ins, wall flashings, canales, pipes, skylights and other penetrations are covered for 2 years. After such time these items will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY: 1) Canales, drains, downspouts, gutters, etc. must be kept free of debris in order to facilitate drainage. 2) In the event of a leak owner must report it in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. Failure to do so will void the warranty. After such notice, if repairs are needed due to no fault of workmanship, such repairs will be made at a reasonable charge. Free annual inspections are required and are the owner’s responsibility to request. Failure to request inspections will void warranty. Inspections are free for the life of the roof.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY: 1) Any leaks caused by acts of God, including but not limited to: wind, hail, tree, fire or ice dams. 2) Damage caused by: neglect, mis-use or vandalism 3) clogged drains, downspouts or canals, stucco cracks 4) structural defects, popped decking nails, kick holes or other damage caused by foot traffic
**Alterations, modifications or installations made by any other than Doyle Roof Masters without notification in advance to DRM will void warranty. **
This warranty does not cover damage to building or contents.
